A course that flows through the Kushiro Wetlands, starting from Lake Toro on a wide and calm river, you can enjoy a leisurely canoe ride down to Hosooka Station while feeling the breeze blowing through the wetlands. Basically, you won't get wet, so it's okay if you come in clothes that are suitable for the climate and easy to move in. For those who are short on time, we recommend the short course from Hosooka Station to Iwahogi Water Gate. *This is a standard course.

This course runs through the Kushiro Wetlands, and starts from Hosooka Station on a wide, calm river, all the way to Iwahoki Sluice Gate, where you can feel the wind blowing through the wetlands as you leisurely descend. Basically, you won't get wet, so it's okay if you come in clothes that are suitable for the climate and easy to move in. *This is a short course.

The cleanest part of the river, 113 km in length, is the headwater course that descends from Lake Kussharo. If you take a break between the flowing mirrors of the spring or go through the trees, you will be considerably healed. ※ This is a standard course.

[Chitose River Cruise] It's about a 20-minute drive from New Chitose Airport, and you'll be surprised to see such rich nature in such a place... The Chitose River makes you think so. You'll go down with a guide while watching the fish peeking out of the crystal clear water and the small birds flying through the trees. We'll talk about a lot of things, such as Hokkaido's wildlife and vegetation, Ainu culture, and the history of development, while enjoying the breeze of nature. [Short course only available in winter] Chitose in winter is below freezing even during the day! It's extremely cold, but there are many beauties that can only be seen in such a harsh environment. The course is a canoe tour of about 2.5 kilometers from under the highway overpass that runs through the town of Chitose to the area near the Chitose City Sports Center! The snowy scenery spreads out on the riverbank with a good view, and wild deer gather along the quiet river, and you can see salmon running upstream, which is becoming a symbol of the Chitose River, until around February! The experience lasts 30 to 40 minutes, and it takes about an hour from meeting to disbanding. *The tour may vary depending on the weather and river conditions on the day. *Most tours are conducted below freezing, so please take proper cold weather precautions. *Safety is our number one priority, so the tour may be canceled due to weather or other reasons. Please note this in advance. *The boat will be boarded at a slight incline, so you will need to have a certain level of physical ability that does not interfere with your daily life. *If you would like to participate with 3 or more people, the tour will be by boat.
