This is a lesson in making flower wall decorations using artificial flowers or dried flowers. Since it is a Japanese arrangement, it can also be used as a New Year decoration. For this plan, choose your favorite chirimen fabric base and decorate it with flowers and other decorations. Decorate with ribbons, strings, and decorations that match the New Year.
