Flower arranging is a field of flower design that was introduced to Japan in the early Meiji period along with changes in lifestyle, and in a broad sense, it is a general term for flower shapes excluding corsages and bouquets. In many cases, it refers to things made by inserting them into absorbent foam or displaying them in a container. Unlike ikebana, it does not matter where or how it is made, so it has come to be used for various purposes such as interior decoration and gifts. In Japan, where the four seasons are clearly defined, there was originally a custom of enjoying seasonal flowers. In modern times, there are fewer opportunities to feel the four seasons in daily life and it has become simplified, but through flowers, you can enjoy the rich seasons even more. You can obtain qualifications from the NFD (Japan Flower Designers Association).

I use various parts of the plant to get the color on the cloth. Put the dyeing plant in a pot and heat it to make a dyeing solution. Dye the cloth by immersing it in the liquid. Please note that the cloth used for dyeing is silk, cotton, linen and wool products and will not dye cloth made of chemical fibers.
