At Amami-no-Sato, you can actually dye handkerchiefs and other fabrics with plant dyes to create original handkerchiefs in deep colors. Would you like to try making a traditional Japanese onigawara? I have made and restored many onigawara, so I will teach you individually. The size is about palm-sized. It will take about 3 to 4 hours, but the time it takes to complete varies from person to person. Try your hand at making an authentic parquet keychain by cutting and gluing parquet blocks that make use of the natural wood color!
