Unlike the hand-kneading experience, the work you make is baked in the hole kiln "Nunobiki kiln". Using firewood, it is baked overnight for about 5 days without extinguishing the fire. The work you make is covered with ashes in the kiln, and the ashes melt at a high temperature of up to 1,300 degrees Celsius and settle in the work, resulting in a mysterious color. Choose a sterling silver base in various shapes, such as an open heart or a four-leaf clover, and arrange small pieces of glass called millefiori (meaning a thousand flowers) on it.
