This is a hands-on pottery experience plan where children can enjoy pottery experience as if they were playing with clay. It's a simple method of kneading clay and shaping it into your favorite shape little by little, so not only children but also beginners and clumsy people can feel free to experience it. You can freely make plates, mugs, ornaments, etc. in about 1 hour experience time. It takes about 4 weeks to complete the firing, so please look forward to the completion. Children can participate in the experience from the age of 3!

作品を息子と一緒に作るのが楽しかったです。時間はだいたい1時間ぐらいなのですが個数の制限があるわけではないので何個か作る事が出来ました。下の子が3歳だったので一緒に体験してみたのですが息子がのびのびと粘土に触れて楽しんでいるのを見ているとこちらも楽しかったです。そういった意味ではなかなかお家ではできない様な体験ができたかなと思います。先生方も丁寧な教え方で優しくしてくれました。いつもこういう時は子供はぐずりがちなのですが今回の陶芸体験では終始落ち着いていて、そういった雰囲気という点でも良いのかなあと思います。私はコップとお茶碗を作る事が出来たのですがそれぞれ焼き代は1000円弱ぐらいと1500円前後でした。思い出をこの値段で買えるというのであれば体験料は別としてお手頃な価格といえるのではないかと思います。完成が楽しみです。

素焼きの本格的なシーサーをつくりたくて利用しました。目的どおりの体験ができて満足です。焼き上げる必要があるので、体験日に制作した作品を持ち帰ることはできません。了解のうえで利用しました。作品が送られてくる目安や、焼き上げる過程の情報がもっとあるとよいかと思います。制作過程はかなり難しく時間もかかります。正味で5時間程度かかりました。4時間から6時間くらいはかかると思います。ほぼ半日です。時間がかかるのは希望しての申込なので不満ではありません。最終仕上げで螺髪をつけていくのですが、細かい作業で時間をとられるので作業を簡略化できる工夫があるとよいかと思います。最終工程なのでつくったシーサーには愛着もわいており、ちゃんとした螺髪をつけたいとの想いにもなりますが、終盤で疲れてくるし次の予定も気になり焦ってきます。参加した方の好みによって螺髪の形状や大きさが異なるので難しいところはあるかと思いますが、幾種類かの螺髪の押し型が準備されていると作業が楽かなと思います。焼き上げる際に誰がつくったものかわかるようにだと思いますが、シーサーに日付と製作者のサインを入れることが求められます。さらに制作したシーサーの似顔絵とつけたサインを用紙に書くようにも言われます。できれば、足の裏にLotナンバー的なスタンプをおして、デジカメの画像と組み合わせるなど工夫をしていただけるとありがたいです。

社員旅行の初日にお邪魔させていただきました。電話での対応もお店での対応もとても親切で、色塗りの時もアドバイスをもらったりで時間があっという間に過ぎて行きました！連れて行った後輩も一生懸命に色塗りをしていて、満足そうに帰っていったのでとてもよかった！今度は家族で行って、シーサー作りもやりたいですね！

This was a really fun experience. You can make either a mug, bowl or tea cup out of clay. You knead the clay with your hands rather than shape it on a potter’s wheel. The teacher was very patient and encouraging despite our clumsy efforts. You can personalise the object by adding your name and other designs like flower imprints or stripes. You can also choose the colour of the glaze. Firing the object will take a few days, but they can post the finished product to you even if you live outside Japan. I highly recommend this activity.

もともとセルフでペイント、写真撮影予定でしたがたまたまこちらを見つけ運良く空きがあり予約できた為、前日の予約でしたがお願いできました。明るく話しやすい雰囲気で、どんなイメージのペイントにしたいか相談に乗って頂きながら初めのカウンセリング？が進み、入れたいモチーフを盛り込みながらとても可愛いペイントを描いていただけました^_^ ペイントは服に着かず擦れたりもせず、描いてもらってから2日くらい持ち、移動や撮影がしやすかったです。（前日の予約だったためセルフで撮りましたが、コースによってはカメラマンさんを用意してもらうこともできるようです。）伺った場所も植物園で雰囲気が良く、12月は全く混み合っていなかった為、人目を気にせず撮影することができました。（ペイントが綺麗に持っていた為、レンタカーで海や眺めのいい場所へも行って撮影できました！）とても良い思い出ができ、感謝しています^_^ ありがとうございました！！
