Blown glass, dragonfly ball, sandblasting, is a glass workshop, etc. can experience baby bills and footprint production. By a technique called "blow the air" make the inflatable form the melted glass in the breath, glass or small bowl, vase, necklace, summer can make even cool wind chimes. In an environment surrounded by nature of one hour from the city, why not make the original work? Children is also recommended for family travel because can participate.
Our family of four all loved the glass blowing experience. Otsuki is a beautiful area and the glass studio is hidden away in lovely surroundings- just make sure you take time to plan your bus trip from the station as buses don’t run too regularly. We managed to work out what to do without speaking Japanese thanks to the kindness, patience and skill of our teacher. Worth the adventure!
Had a great experience learning the glass blowing process. The owner was helpful with tips and teaching us skills but also stepped in when needed to make sure we have a great product in the end. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time taking this glass blowing class. I did this solo and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. Shiraishi, the owner and instructor, was incredibly patient and gave clear instructions, even with the language barrier. I got to choose my own colors and design, which made the experience feel really personal. It was my first time doing anything like this, but it was super beginner-friendly and so much fun. Walking away with a handmade souvenir that I created myself felt really special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique and memorable experience!
