"Ashigaru-san" will dress you in armor modeled after famous warlords (Katakura Kojuro Kagetsuna, Sanada Yukimura). Snow is fun! Experience making mini kamakura with high-quality snow in Yokote! You can also play in the snow if you wish. Anyone, such as families with children or those who want to experience the snow, can participate. Kamakura, a winter tradition in Akita Prefecture. In Yokote, as a small New Year's event to worship the water god, the "Yokote Snow Festival" is held on February 15th and 16th every year with a history of about 450 years, and there are about 100 kamakura with a height of about 3m throughout the city. It is famous for being made. In addition, about 2,000 "mini kamakura" are made by local people and children every year at the Yokote Minami Elementary School playground and the venue of Janosakigawara, and candles are lit inside at night. Let's make only one original mini kamakura in the world with the snow on the side of the heavy snowfall area, which is the home of such kamakura.
