Enjoy a sushi-making experience tour at the Makishi Public Market, a tourist attraction near Kokusai Street in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. Visit the market where Okinawan fresh fish that will become the "toppings" of sushi are purchased, and learn how to make sushi from the instructor. We start at 7am. The water between Iriomote Island and Yubu Island is shallow enough to walk across. Usually, we cross this section by buffalo cart, but this time we will walk across.
