Enjoy a sushi-making experience tour at the Makishi Public Market, a tourist attraction near Kokusai Street in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. Visit the market where Okinawan fresh fish that will become the "toppings" of sushi are purchased, and learn how to make sushi from the instructor. This is a special experience tour where you make your own sushi (nigiri sushi) and eat it with everyone. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Reception / Explanation When you visit the public market, please come to the reception on the 3rd floor. If you don't understand, a staff member with a flag will come to pick you up. Once everyone is gathered, the flow of the tour will be explained. Time required: 5 minutes ② Public Market Tour You will visit the fresh fish section, meat sales section, dried goods section, etc. on the 1st floor of the public market with a guide. If you have any questions while touring, please feel free to ask. Time required: about 30 minutes ③ Sushi making explanation lecture The instructor will explain how to make sushi rice and how to make sushi. Time required: about 10 minutes ④ Sushi making experience You will actually experience making sushi yourself. The instructor will give you advice on how to make it. You can make the sushi while drinking alcohol. (Alcohol is charged separately) Time required: About 40 minutes ⑤ Tasting The participants and instructor will eat the sushi they made.
