This is a plan where you can have a large Shino plate or an Oribe plate. It looks great with assorted sushi or sashimi, or Japanese sweets. It is also recommended for those who are particular about pottery. Modeling Rosanjin's Shino, you can use Shigaraki clay to make a plate of your choice.
