In 1868, the clan declined the invitation from the Meiji Government and became independent. We are the only lasting shinobi clan in Japan. We invite you to come to our clan dojo where real master practitioner and professional interpreters take charge of all workshops and seminars. This is good for people who want to get a deeper insight into our ninja and samurai cultures . We still handcraft our tools and weapons. This is a high-class kimono dressing experience offered by a long-established rental costume store. After the kimono dressing experience while you are explained about the types and uses of kimono, you will be photographed in a colored uchikake at the store studio (men will be photographed in a crested hakama). The photographed data will be sent to you by email within two weeks.
