Sound bath experience overlooking the ocean – relax your mind and body Description: We will guide you through a soothing sound bath experience in a music studio overlooking the ocean in Beppu. Enjoy a deep healing time with sound vibrations and relaxing melodies. First, we will serve you hot tea to create a calm atmosphere. Then, lie down on your yoga mat, close your eyes and let yourself go on a journey of sound. Instruments used are: • 432Hz handpan • 528Hz gunk drum • Crystal bowls • Tibetan singing bowls • Tingsha • Didgeridoo • Koshi chimes • African shakers • Guitar, ukulele No experience in music or meditation is required. Language anxiety is no problem. Relax and enjoy the experience at your leisure. After the session, we will recommend Beppu's famous hot springs for you to relax even more.
