It is a stand-up paddle board school. Even beginners can take on the challenge with confidence. We will give lectures on how to properly row, how to turn, and how to avoid danger. Please bring your swimsuit, towel and sunscreen. It is a course that starts at 10:00.

This master course is the plan that aims to planing acquisition in three months. It marked with up to 15 times of the school in three months. (Even if can not if that much come to between three months, at least 10 times of the school will be guaranteed.) ※ The planing: a sense of the board is lifted from the sea, say the more states per hour 30km ~ 50km.

We will learn the basic techniques for so ride alone. Simple training of more skilled instructor, from the receipt of the land training, will be the training of at sea. Would you like to experience the windsurfing that can run around the top of the fun and the sea?

Professional cyclists will lead the way and support safe and fun cycling. It is a great opportunity to improve your skills while receiving advice from professionals. Course setting adopted for "Mynavi Tour de Kyushu 2024": You can participate at your own pace while enjoying the beautiful scenery and tourist spots.

• 13:00

While riding your bike and admiring the beautiful sea and mountains of Okagaki Town, you can enjoy picking seasonal fruits that Okagaki Town is proud of and making sweets using those fruits. This tour will be accompanied by a local tourist guide and a guide who can speak a foreign language. After completing the tour, you can stay overnight in Okagaki Town and refuel while enjoying the local flavors.
