It is a spicy seasoning made by soaking island chilies in awamori, which is indispensable to Okinawa cuisine! In the second half of the banana sweets making experience, after a tour of the island banana fields, you can easily make banana ice cream with (1) baked bananas caramelized with brown sugar and (2) a mixer. ➤ Miyakojima Okinawa-Brown sugar production-Farmers who practice hands-on tourism will guide you, so you will be surprised and convinced of "Hey-ho-". ➤ Understand "from the field to the table"!
