Our sommelier-supervised sake omakase course will pair seven exquisite sakes with delicious small plates. Taught by WSET and JSS-certified sommeliers, each with over 1,500 tastings, this course will take you into the unique world of modern sake. Do you like sake? This experience allows you to compare 8 carefully selected types of sake that can only be tasted in Japan. First, let's learn a little about sake. Let's start by trying sake with low alcohol content. The average alcohol content of sake is 15-16%. Some sake is lower, while others are higher. Another feature of sake is that it is easy to pair with food, whether it is sweet or dry, or at a certain temperature. Enjoy the pairing with snacks. You will experience Satoyama life through the bamboo materials generated in the process. [Bamboo craft production experience] Make a bamboo pot using bamboo. First, cut the bamboo to make the pot, then put the prepared rice and ingredients in it and put it on the fire. If you wish, you can also experience lighting the stove. In addition to rice and hot pot, we will have an early dinner with a dish using vegetables from the farm and a dessert using vegetables from the field. If you would like to make bamboo crafts as an option, you can make your own chopsticks, chopstick rests, and cups while the pot is on the fire and wait for the rice and hot pot to be completed. In addition, you can order additional meals, side dishes, and drinks on the farm restaurant's business days (LO 14:30). You can add sake (600 yen / 1 cup) for Kappo sake.
