These days, we live in an age of 100 million creators, where anyone can design and sell their own original creations on SNS and online shops. Nakagawa Sangyo started with woven labels woven with a jacquard loom in such a production area Komatsu, and now produces various goods such as prints and silk screens. In this program, you can use Nakagawa Sangyo's diversified machines to create original design goods such as T-shirts and tote bags. "Studio Seikan" is a facility with a workshop, shop and cafe, where you can visit the manufacturing site of Yamanaka lacquerware, experience woodturning, shop, and enjoy cafe and sweets with lacquerware. This course includes a workshop tour (with explanation) - making a vase - lacquerware experience at the cafe (one drink included). Lacquerware craftsmen work here every day. In this experience, you can observe them up close and learn about lacquerware production. The staff will explain it in an easy-to-understand way. Next, you will make your own original lacquered chopsticks at the place where the craftsmen actually work. Think about the design of the chopsticks and paint them with real lacquer. You can experience authentic lacquer painting. The lacquer craftsmen will teach you carefully, so you can make them yourself until they are completed. You will surely be satisfied. It's fun. After that, you can enjoy drinks made with lacquerware at the cafe and taste sweets. Please relax and enjoy the lacquerware experience. Please feel free to ask the staff or craftsmen if you have any questions. Lacquer can cause a rash, but we check beforehand and use gloves to prevent it from coming into contact with the skin, so even small children can experience it. Next, you will make your own original flower vase using the wood turning wheel and plane that the craftsmen actually use. You can experience full-fledged wood sawing through making single flower vase. Most of the shapes are carved by yourself, so it's a little bit difficult, but it's fun! ! ! A friendly wood craftsman will teach you carefully, so you can make it yourself until the final completion. You will be satisfied. It is fun. Enjoy successive Isokichi works with luxurious commentary! Ikichi Fukaka Pottery Kiln is located in Yawata, where kilns for making figurines are concentrated. It has roots that the first generation was a pottery specializing in ceramics, and even now, we are doing everything from creating the ceramics to painting. This program is a studio tour in which Ms. Ikika Asakura, the daughter of Mr. Isokichi Asakura, the fourth generation, explains the studio, gallery, and works. At the end of the tour, you can actually use the works of the kiln and taste the coffee. *For foreign nationals: Information on the day will be in Japanese only.

Advance reservations are required! Instructors will teach you how to fish gently and carefully, so even beginners can experience it with confidence! You can come completely empty-handed, and all fishing equipment and life jackets are provided! You can even eat the fish you catch at an affiliated restaurant! There are various fish you can catch, such as sea bream, sillago, horse mackerel, and filefish! In the event of bad weather such as strong winds and waves, we will contact you by 5:00 p.m. the day before to cancel the event. Even if it is raining in the city, the coastal areas often have a passing shower or light rain because of the westerly winds. Therefore, in the event of light rain, we will wear special raincoats. [About the number of rentals] For this experience, children under 10 years old must participate in the experience with a guardian. In addition, for the use of rental sets, a reservation for a rental set is required according to the age of the experiencer.
