This tour recruits a limited number of people every month, so first come, first served! And only for students! Reservations are for 3 people or more, and are recommended for those who come to play with friends during spring break or summer vacation! We will meet and disperse at Naze, so it will be smooth to return to the hotel after the event! This plan was created because we wanted students coming to Amami to learn as much as possible about the creatures on the island. Amami Oshima is an island rich in biodiversity. Amami rabbits, Amami Ishikawa frogs, Amami woodcocks, etc. can only be seen in this place on earth. Most of the rare animals on Amami Oshima are nocturnal. Let's drive slowly through the forest roads and look for various animals! If you would like to have a private tour, you can choose this as an option.・Regarding consideration for animals We use lights to observe animals at night, but on our tours we use red lights, which are said to be difficult for animals to see, with the aim of reducing stress on animals. Some participants have commented that red is difficult to see, so during observation, please switch to white light only for the minimum amount of time necessary to take photos.

Amami Oshima was registered as a World Natural Heritage Site in 2021. As the reason for its registration is ``biodiversity,'' this island has many unique flora and fauna. Yuwandake is the most important place where many endemic species live. There are two routes to climb Mt. Yuwandake, but on this tour, you will walk up the wooden stairs from the 9th parking lot to the observation deck and shrine near the top. It's not a mountain trail, so it's easy to walk, and you can observe plants unique to Mt. Yuwandake along the way. (Anyone who has no problem walking or going up and down stairs in daily life can participate. The walk will take about 30 minutes each way.) On a clear day, you can see a wide view of Amami Oshima from the observation deck. However, as the name ``cloud forest'' suggests, Mt. Yuwandake has a unique environment where clouds and fog gather throughout the year, and there is a lot of rain. Therefore, if you're lucky you can see the view from the observation deck, but for me (the guide), the real view is on rainy days. We want you to enjoy this natural environment! After Mt.
