The JR Tower Observation Deck, located on the top floor of JR Tower, a commercial complex in Sapporo Station, is the highest observatory in Hokkaido with 38 floors above ground and a height of 160m. From the JR Tower Observatory, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the city of Sapporo.
