This is a sushi workshop where you can learn to make your own nigiri sushi in one day. It takes about 2 hours to prepare the rice, prepare the rice, cut the toppings, make the rice balls, and eat. We will carefully teach you the unique recipes and know-how of professional sushi chefs. Can be enjoyed by children, families, groups, and couples. You can make a kiki plum wine set using three types of base sake: sake, shochu, and brandy. These three types of sake have a strong image, but by pickling plums, the taste becomes very mellow! Even people with weak liquor can make mellow and very easy-to-drink plum wine. Even if you miss June, which is the harvest season for plums, you can still make them all year round at the Umejikan, which uses frozen plums. It will be completed in about 20 minutes, so it's easy, and even beginners can complete it very easily and deliciously! It's OK empty-handed! * You can drink the plum wine made by the experience one month later. Shake from time to time.

[Akitsuno Garten] Jam is made using locally harvested seasonal citrus fruits in a classroom inside a wooden school building of a former elementary school. Chop tangerine peels and fruits and squeeze in a pot. For small children, the staff will carve it for you. Write an illustration or message on the lid of the jam jar and use it as a gift!
