家族4人で参加しました。 小2の娘には少し厳しい体験でしたが、インストラクターのサポートもあり、楽しく終えることができました。 大人でも足が着かないところもありますが、この暑さの中では涼しくて、運動不足の解消や非日常的な体験には良い刺激になると思います。 他のアクティビティにも参加したいと思いました。
