It is a canoeing experience on the Arekinai River, a tributary that flows through the Kushiro Marsh. The meeting place is JR Senmo Line, in front of Toro Station. The course starts from a lake called Lake Toro, goes to the Arekinai River, goes to the main stream of the Kushiro River, goes up the Arekinai River by canoe, and returns to Lake Toro. Because it is a calm river, you can go up the river, and even those who are new to canoeing can experience it with peace of mind. The river does not freeze even in winter, so you can experience canoeing throughout the year. The scenery that changes according to the season, and the Yezo deer, white-tailed eagles, and red-crowned cranes that you can meet if your timing and luck are good are also highlights. Of course, the guide will ride with you, so please leave the operation of the canoe to us. You can also do a half-day course combined with an observation deck tour! 〜Flow of the experience〜 (For the 7:00 course) 7:00 Meet in front of JR Senmo Line Toro Station Please be at Toro Station at the start time of the tour. After meeting, go to the toilet at Toro Station and move to the starting point, Lake Toro. 7:10 Reception at Lake Toro, luggage guidance, safety talk reception, luggage guidance, safety explanation for canoeing. 7:30 Departure! When you're ready, let's go! If you wish, we will also take a commemorative photo here during the experience. 8:30 Goal! Since it is a round trip, the goal is Lake Toro, which is the same as the starting point. Once you get off the canoe, you will be disbanded after taking pictures.

It is a canoe experience of about 9 kilometers on the Kushiro River, which flows through the Kushiro Marsh. The meeting place is JR Senmo Line, Hosooka Station. This course starts from Lake Toro and goes down to Hosooka Canoe Port. As the name of the plan suggests, it is a place with a lot of trees even in the wetlands, and it is a course with the most wild animals. It is surrounded by deep green in spring, green in summer, and colored leaves in autumn. Of course, the guide will ride with you, so please leave the operation of the canoe to us. We also have a Kushiro Wetland long course of about 17 km that combines the forest course and the wilderness course! ~Experience Flow~ (For the 8:00 course) 8:00 Gather in front of Hosooka Station on the JR Senmo Line Please be at Hosooka Station at the start time of the tour. (If you are late, please contact us.) When we gather, we will park your car at the nearby Hosooka Canoe Port and drive to Toro Station. (Reception will be done inside the train) 8:20 Arrive at JR Senmo Line Toro Station When you arrive at Toro Station, go to the toilet and move to the starting point, Lake Toro. 8:40 Canoe preparation, safety talk When you arrive at Lake Toro, prepare for canoeing and give a safety explanation for canoeing. 8:50 Departure! Explore the Wakoto Peninsula of Lake Kussharo by canoe! Rocking along on the clear emerald green water, you will feel an indescribable sense of oneness with nature. On a calm day, you can explore the tip of the peninsula and head for Oyakotsu Jigoku, a hidden hot spring that can only be reached by water!

Take a relaxing two-seater kayak down the Tokachi River, a large river that flows slowly for about 6 km. You are in charge of rowing yourself! The guide will support you in a separate kayak. Let's go on a river trip together ^^ If you're lucky, you might encounter rare wild birds such as the red-crowned crane or the white-tailed eagle, or even observe the willow tree, which has a very small habitat in Japan! We also recommend looking out over the majestic Hidaka Mountains from the river for a beautiful view. On the way, in Nakasu, you can collect obsidian (Tokachi stone) that can only be found here and take it home as a souvenir! ! It looks like a stone on the riverbank, but inside it's actually beautiful black glass. You'll feel like you're looking for a little gem. It's on until November! *In November, only morning tours are available. *During busy periods such as July and August, the tour may start at 10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. In that case, we will contact you by email or phone the day before.
