予約していた日が大雨で、当日の朝にお電話をいただき、翌日に変更していただきました。 体験当日は嘘のように晴れ、とても美しい景色の中、透明度の高い仁淀川でのクリアカヤックを楽しませていただきました。 担当してくださったようこさんは教え上手で盛り上げ上手で終始楽しい体験でした。 レインコート、サンダル、スマホの水濡れ防止カバー等のレンタルも充実していました。 後日、データのDL不具合にもとても親切丁寧にご対応いただきました。 大満足です。
