[Making rice in a bamboo pot] Using thick bamboo from the mountain behind "Farm Restaurant and Cafe Zeze," owned by Scoop Farm, we will make a "bamboo pot" for cooking rice and making chicken hotpot. First, cut the bamboo to make the pot, then put the prepared rice and ingredients in it and put it on the fire. If you wish, you can also experience lighting the stove. In addition to rice and hot pot, we will have an early dinner with a dish using vegetables from the farm and a dessert using vegetables from the field. If you would like to make bamboo crafts as an option, you can make your own chopsticks, chopstick rests, and cups while the pot is on the fire and wait for the rice and hot pot to be completed. In addition, you can order additional meals, side dishes, and drinks on the farm restaurant's business days (LO 14:30). You can add sake (600 yen / 1 cup) for Kappo sake. Today, let's experience making salt together while enjoying the fun of the sea and nature! "I want to eat delicious food and live happily in any era!" We look forward to sharing with you our story of aiming for a self-sufficient life and our life with nature. ### Experience Overview In this experience, we will gather at Nodahama Beach in Sosa City, Chiba Prefecture, and collect seawater. After that, we will cook salt in an outdoor stove between the bakery "Namamai Pan" and the private lodging "Piyopiyo House Kumikami" in Katori City, Chiba Prefecture. On the way, we will prepare a fluffy sandwich made of raw rice bread using local ingredients for lunch. It is easy for children to do. We hope you will feel the change of seasons through activities in nature.
