A tour where you can enjoy the best starry sky in Japan and be surrounded by firefly lights 360 degrees around! A beautiful world of light created by the Yaeyama Hime fireflies and a starry sky spreading across the night sky! Come and see the seasonal natural illumination show! The main thing you can observe is the Yaeyama Hime firefly. The way they blink is different from the fireflies seen in Honshu. Fireflies actually light up to mate. When they fly off all at once as if they had arranged it, they are surrounded by fireflies and are enveloped in their lights. The viewing spot is in the mountains, a 20-minute drive from the city. This is a spot that both serious photographers and first-time firefly viewers can enjoy. ◆Firefly peak guideline Early March - 10-20% Mid-March to early April - 30-70% Mid-April to early May - 70-100% After mid-May - Gradually decreasing. After watching the fireflies, if the weather is good, make a little detour before heading home. Come see the starry sky in Yaeyama, one of Japan's leading stargazing spots!
When the sun goes down, the tour starts at the timing when the fireflies start to work. Let's go see the beautiful world of light created by Yaeyama Himebotaru! You can only watch fireflies for a short time after sunset. When you take off all at once as shown, the natural illumination show surrounded by the light of fireflies at 360 ° C! Fireflies shine because of courtship activities. Fireflies in love will create a romantic night ♪
After watching the fireflies, if the weather is nice, take a little detour before heading home to Yaeyama, one of Japan's leading stargazing spots, to see the starry sky! Also, since there are no city lights like in the city, the glow of the stars and moon will look even more beautiful. Enjoy the world of light in nature♪
