Plan description

We've launched a tour that allows you to experience Japanese culture in a snowy region. This special tour includes a visit to Sorachi Shrine, steeped in the history of Bibai and Hokkaido's pioneering past, dressed in traditional Japanese clothing and surrounded by the snowy scenery. After taking memorable photos in the majestic atmosphere, you can enjoy osechi ryori, a traditional Japanese New Year's meal. Our skilled chefs carefully select delicious Bibai ingredients and painstakingly prepare each and every dish. Enjoy a colorful osechi meal packed like a jewel box. [Chef's Comment] This tiered box features a generous selection of Bibai-grown ingredients, including rare asparagus lamb, Hokkaido chicken, and Ezo venison, processed using Japan's most advanced bleeding techniques. Enjoy a short trip focused on Bibai's food culture. [Osechi cuisine: Contents of the tier] Top tier: Stewed Hokkaido chicken offal, stewed asparagus and lamb tripe, Makino Farm's black garlic bagna cauda sauce, and a platter of seasonal fruits. Bottom tier: Galantina Hokkaido chicken, Bibai rape blossoms and ricotta cheese frittata, roast Ezo venison fillet with haskap sauce, steamed soybeans from Agurikoen, pickled radish and carrots, oven-baked tomatoes stuffed with Shimizu Nature Garden's saffron rice, and prosciutto rice rolls (minced meat/rapeseed blossoms/rolled egg/cheese/cherry blossom starch). *Contents may change without notice.

This is an exquisite New Year's meal packed with Bibai ingredients in a two-tiered box!

Bibai, one of Hokkaido's leading rice-producing areas, is a city known for its delicious vegetables and game meat. Venison, processed using a blood-draining technique directly taught to the Ainu people, has no odor whatsoever and is popular even with those who don't like game meat. Enjoy the ultimate New Year's feast, created with the utmost care by top chefs using these local vegetables and the bounty of nature.

Photos that stand out against the snowy scenery are sure to become memorable!

"I want to take photos wearing a traditional Japanese kimono in the pure white shrine grounds." This kimono tour is the answer to such requests. The experience of visiting a solemn shrine while wearing a gorgeous kimono that stands out against the silvery white world promises to be a snow country experience in Hokkaido that is different from Asakusa or Kyoto.

A chance to experience Japanese culture all at once!

This is a rare opportunity to experience the Japanese culture of "wearing" and "eating" - "kimono" and "osechi ryori" at the same time. Experiencing New Year's customs is also an opportunity to learn about Japanese history and culture, and you will gain a deeper understanding of Japan.
