This will be paired with a dinner by Remède Nikaho, a renowned French restaurant in Nikaho City that has been featured in the French gourmet guide Gault & Millau, which rivals Michelin, for three consecutive years. "Kairyu" is a large-scale art piece themed on the Nishimonai Bon Odori dance, which was created by artist Aoi Nagasawa and involved local residents as part of the U art project 2025. It is displayed between the two storehouses that serve as guest rooms. Guests will be able to watch a special performance of the Nishimonai Bon Odori dance, set in the unique space where this piece is exhibited.

The cuisine will be provided by Remède Nikaho, a renowned French restaurant in Nikaho City that has been featured in the French gastronomy guide Gault & Millau, which rivals Michelin, for three consecutive years.
