This winter-only, one-day whale swim tour departs Okinawa's main island aboard a cruise ship. From February 1st to March 10th, humpback whales migrate from Siberia to the warm waters of Okinawa for mating, birth, and raising their young. This tour is exclusively available to those with a diving, skin diving, free diving, or snorkeling license. Captain Kaito's impressive navigation skills guarantee close-up views of whales! ★100% encounter rate last year★ Small group tours ensure optimal whale viewing! 1. Depart a small-group cruiser with a capacity of 40 people for 360-degree whale viewing. Enjoy free movement throughout the boat, ensuring you find the perfect vantage point for whale observation. 2. Enjoy a relaxing time on a comfortable cruiser! We use a cruiser that is less affected by waves and rocks less. The boat also has spacious cabins and a second-floor deck with great views. 3. Enjoy the thrill of a whale-hunting adventure! Everyone searches for the whale's "blow" (a behavior in which a whale sprays water from above its head to breathe), a sign of a whale. When you find one, slowly approach the boat so as not to startle the whale. You can also see dynamic swimming actions such as "breaching" and "peck slap." The greatest attraction of whale swimming on Amami Oshima is the opportunity to observe whales up close.
With 25 years of experience and intuition, he is able to time his visits with whales, so whales often appear right next to the boat. Even on days when it's difficult to spot whales, the captain never gives up, and is a very service-oriented guy.

| About cancellation | If you are found to have any medical history issues on the day, or if you are feeling unwell due to lack of sleep, hungover, or drunk, you will not be able to participate and a full cancellation fee will be charged. This is a popular activity every year, so the boats tend to fill up quickly. Therefore, cancellation fees will be charged one month in advance. Cancellations due to customer convenience will be as follows: 1 month or more in advance: 50%; 2 weeks in advance: 80%; 2 days in advance to the day of the activity: 100%. Cancellations due to sea conditions (such as strong winds that prevent departure) or our company's circumstances (such as ship trouble or sudden illness of staff) will not incur a cancellation fee. We are not responsible for any breach of contract, so thank you for your understanding. |
