Why not try the Urasenke tea ceremony in the tea room at Shinshu Health Land? The tea ceremony is a beginner-friendly method called "Bon-ryaku-temae," and our staff, who are knowledgeable about tea, will explain the etiquette and meaning in an easy-to-understand manner. A simple guide in English is also available, so customers from overseas can feel at ease! The experience is conducted in a quiet private room without using fire, so even children and the elderly can participate safely. Please enjoy the "hospitality" of Japanese culture with a cup of tea.
