Plan description

We have prepared tickets for the rooftop viewing area where you can comfortably enjoy the Chichibu Night Festival and Fireworks Display on December 3rd. The venue is the 5th floor rooftop space of the Chichibu Business Plaza near the shrine. There are traffic restrictions in the surrounding area, so it will be very crowded. Please enjoy the fireworks at your leisure in a space where you can watch them up close. ・The number of visitors to the Chichibu Night Festival is 300,000 every year! Among them, the fireworks viewing area is limited to 30 people. ・There is nothing to obstruct the view from the 5-story rooftop. ・Alcohol and soft drink service to enjoy the festival atmosphere. Chichibu-produced alcoholic beverages provided (paid option) Beer, sake, wine, whiskey, etc. ・Re-entry is possible, so you can go out to the stalls, etc. *Please note that the fireworks viewing area is standing room only. *Meals are not provided.

About the Chichibu Night Festival

・The Chichibu Night Festival was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in December 2016. ・It is called one of the "Three Great Float Festivals of Japan" along with the Gion Festival in Kyoto and the Takayama Festival in Hida. ・About 300,000 tourists visit every year on December 3rd.

Cancellations on the day of participation are 100% cancellation fee (including no-show fee). *Regarding cancellation acceptance The deadline for cancellations is 5:00 PM. Please note that cancellations made after this time will be treated as cancellations the following day.
About event termination	The tour may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons. In that case, we will not be able to compensate for transportation costs to the tour location. Thank you for your understanding.

From Kumagaya, get off at Ohanabatake Station on the Chichibu Railway. It is about a 5-minute walk. From Ikebukuro, take the Seibu Railway Laview Limited Express and get off at the last stop, Seibu-Chichibu Station.
