お家で紅芋（紫芋）のペーストを入れた
いも餅を作りましょう！
写真と動画を織り交ぜてモチ作りを体験していただきます。
ツアー終了後に、作り始める事を
お勧めしますが材料は事前にお送り致しますので
同時進行することも可能です。
（捏ねる作業に１５分程度、蒸し器で蒸す行程に２０分程度かかります。）
★この体験で使用する材料で、40gのモチが約10個程度作れます。

本ツアーで使用している紅芋《ちゅら恋紅》は2009年に沖縄県の奨励品種に決定されたお芋です。
肉色が良いため、チップやペーストの発色が良く、加工に適していると言われています。
綺麗な紫色をお楽しみください！
体験中は現地のスタッフが丁寧にサポート致します！
