Start your memorable stay by exploring the local fresh produce centre and wildlife sanctuary before you head to a local farm to experience harvesting some fresh vegetables!
Stay overnight with a local farming family at their home in northern Miyagi Prefecture. Get to know your host family as you prepare dinner and learn how to make local dishes using the vegetables you’ve just picked.
Exchange stories and culture as you bond over dinner and settle in for the evening. You might even be lucky enough to sleep in a traditional tatami-mat room on a Japanese futon!
