Plan attractions
Main lesson content: Try to move (practice of starting) Once you've got on the horse, how to hold the reins, how to wear the stirrup, and how to ride, let's move the horse. When you signal the horse's belly with your feet, the horse begins to walk.
Try to stop (practice of stopping) Once you get used to the walking speed and shaking of the horse, practice stopping it. To stop the horse, pull your shoulders slightly, balance it back, and pull the bridle toward you.
Speed up or down Once you get used to the horse's shaking and relax, it's time to practice speeding up or slowing down the horse's walking speed. Make sure that the horse is properly signaled by the rider in this practice.
Run a little when you get used to it Once you have confirmed the signal to the horse and become accustomed to the walk (Namiashi), let's speed up a little and experience the trot (Hayaashi). The shaking will be a little bigger than the walk, but the instructor will teach you how to balance it first.
