Plan description

Learn from an AIDA free diving instructor, one of only a few in Japan, in Miyakojima! Recommended for beginners and experienced skin divers. Currently, the regulations for the marine industry in Miyakojima have become stricter, and there are an increasing number of shops where you cannot skin dive without a license. Therefore, if you obtain a free diving license, you will be able to skin dive at various shops. Course contents Classroom: 2 hours 1. Introduction to free diving 2. Free diving breathing cycle 3. AIDA instructor staff will give a lecture on freediving tips. Take wonderful pictures for free in the mysterious sea that you have never seen before.

The points range from 6 to 20 meters and you can swim freely in a mysterious and silent world. You may be able to meet a new self that you have never felt before.
