About 7 km of the forest road trail of rich natural treasure "Yatsugatake" is approved by the local property zone and is touring with mountain bike (MTB). Guide that is familiar with local geography will guide you so that even non-mountain bike (MTB) inexperienced people can have fun and safe. 90% of the course is gentle descent of the forest road and the remaining 10% is climbing, so even people who are not confident in the physical strength can run without problems. The forest road has wide width and unevenness so it is safe for children and women. While traveling, you can travel through the virgin forests, ancient roads, meadows (also used in NHK's river drama) and enjoy the magnificent nature and scenery that Yatsugatake has cultivated. Please enjoy this valuable experience that you can not taste in the city, on this occasion!
A locally savvy tour guide will attend the primeval forest at the southern foot of Yatsugatake, with stories about Yatsugatake 's nature and history. We will also lecture about mountain bike operation method and off-road driving basic operation, so people without mountain biking can also participate with peace of mind.
We have set of rental (mountain bike, helmet, glove) and transportation to the start point of the tour, so if you are comfortable with exercise clothes you can experience by hand.
Even those who are not very confident in their physical strength can enjoy it. Approximately 90% of the entire course is a gentle descent, the road is wide and there are few irregularities, so even women who have no experience in mountain biking can participate with confidence.
