A quiet time to face yourself. How about a hands-on training of zazen? A monk will carefully guide you. [Journey] Sutra chanting ~ First, chant the Heart Sutra and Shiko vows. Zazen ~ 3 times of 15 to 30 minutes each time. There are short breaks in between. Procession ~ Walk in the precincts (inside the hall on rainy days) on the way. Dharma talk ~ There is a mini Dharma talk. It's now "Dharma". Tea Ceremony - Enjoy tea and sweets. It is a tea party such as self-introduction.
