■ Sample all 12 varieties of sake from the HINEMOS brand, plus more. ■ This shop is not a liquor store, but is directly operated by the sake brewery. The brewery is located in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, next to Tokyo. ■ We offer snacks recommended by the brewery, which you can pair with your sake. ■ After the experience, you will receive a free 500ml bottle (value: 3,000-4,000 yen) to take home as a souvenir. ■ While typical sake has an alcohol content of around 15%, we produce a wide variety of sake, ranging from 2% to 16%. You will sample 12 varieties of sake, each with a surprising range of flavors and tastes, including a super-sweet rose-colored sake, a silky cloudy sake, a champagne-like sparkling sake, and a smoky whiskey-like sake. After this experience, you will surely become a sake master. *Of course, if you find a favorite product, feel free to purchase other items as well. You are also welcome to come just for the experience. ~Experience Outline~ ① About Sake (5 minutes) We will provide general information about sake. We will explain the difference between sake and wine, its production method, and a brief history. ② About HINEMOS (5 minutes) We will explain the characteristics of the HINEMOS brand. ③ HINEMOS Tasting (30 minutes) You will leisurely sample 12 standard HINEMOS brands, accompanied by snacks/light meals recommended by the brewery. You will enjoy approximately 20-30ml of each brand, accompanied by explanations. If there are seasonal limited edition brands, you will also be able to taste those. ④ Souvenir Selection (5 minutes) You will choose a souvenir sake, which is included in the plan fee.
