You can learn how sake is made and how it differs from wine. There is a wide variety of sake, from dry to sweet, and tasting it will broaden your knowledge of sake. Some of the sake is rare and cannot be bought at regular stores. You can also enjoy food that suits your tastes! Let's taste it along with a lecture on sake! *Vegan options available *Minimum number of participants: 2 people Since we started our Japanese food cooking experience tour in 2018 (excluding the COVID-19 period), over 500 foreign tourists have enjoyed it. We are located in Yanaka, close to Ueno Station and Nippori. Although it is in Tokyo, it is a town that retains the atmosphere of old Japan, so you can enjoy walking around.

[A special hour to experience the charm of sake and Japanese culture at a retro coffee shop in a historical building] This event will allow even those who are new to sake to enjoy sake casually. Sake is broadly classified into four types. This is your chance to compare the four types, feel the difference in taste and aroma, and find the one you like best. In addition, you will paint a mini-sized "komodaru" (sake barrel) filled with real sake to create a one-of-a-kind original barrel! The experience lasts about an hour, so you can easily go out into the city afterwards. It is a precious moment to get in touch with Japanese culture in between your trips. The experience will be held at the historical building "Kayaba Coffee" in Tokyo. Enjoy a special time in Japanese architecture.
