This plan is a buckwheat noodle plan that you can experience from grinding soba noodle with grinding stone to powder. You can experience buckwheat while feeling comfortable nature in a green environment with parks which are spacious close by. The journey time is about 3 hours.
外国人2人を含め、初体験の6人で伺いました。事前の電話連絡で印象が良かったので、期待しておりました。 期待通り、玄そば挽き、混ぜる、こねる、延ばす、たたむ、切るとフルコース丁寧な指導で全員満足いたしております。 2人ほどは途中修理不可能になってしまいましたが、各自自分で作ったそばの味は格別でした。 川越市中心からは少々離れていますが、霞ヶ関駅からタクシー利用すれば10分ぐらいで着きます。

You will have a 90 minute soba experience. In the first 60 minutes, you will be able to make buckwheat noodles, and in the next 30 minutes you will be tasting the buckwheat noodles you hit yourself. 初めてのそば打ち体験でしたが、丁寧に教えてくださりとても楽しかったです。お店の蕎麦を打つ作業場で体験できたことは、貴重な経験になりました。また、工程ごとに写真や動画を撮ってくださり、終了後シェアして頂けたので記録としても残せて良かったです。
