A nature guide will take you deep into the primeval nature of Shiretoko. By taking a walk with a nature guide, you will be able to get to the heart of Shiretoko, a world heritage site, and discover the mechanisms of nature that you have never noticed before. Would you like to spend some luxurious time in the midst of nature on a Shiretoko guided tour? We rent binoculars free of charge for our guided tours. This is a nature experience guided tour where you can use binoculars to carefully observe the wild animals, birds, plants, and flowers that live in Shiretoko, a World Natural Heritage site. Would you like to take a peek into the lives of Ezo deer, red foxes, Ezo squirrels, wild birds, and other wild animals that you can't usually get a peek at? Enjoy Shiretoko on a guided tour that can be enjoyed by families, couples, and any group. [Guide time] The tour ends 3 hours after the guided tour start time. (Tour time will be 3 hours.) *Due to the limited time slots and number of guides for the Shiretoko Goko Lakes walking lecture, if we cannot accommodate your request, we will inform you of a time closer to your request. For more information, please be sure to check the email details as we will notify you by reply. *Please note that the number of participants is limited, so depending on the timing of your application, we may not be able to accept your application because it is full. [Walking process starts at 9:00] Please gather at Shiretoko Goko Field House at 8:45. ↓9:00 Attend a lecture at Shiretoko Goko Field House and start the guided tour. ↓ Stroll around Shiretoko Goko Lakes (approximately 3 km) ↓12:00 Return to Shiretoko Goko parking lot The guided tour will end and be dismissed. -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------- *Brown bear activity period (May 10th) - July 31st), guided tour fees are: Adults: 5,300 yen, Children: 3,200 yen, Infants: 1,750 yen. The above amount will apply even if only one person participates. -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------- *Brown bear activity period (May 10th) - July 31st) If the total number of participants in the activity experience is 1 person when applying for a tour other than July 31st, the fee will be increased by ¥2,300. In that case, if the total number of participants on the day of the activity experience reaches 2 or more, we will refund ¥2,300.

朝からのコースで申し込みましたが事前に天気予報で午後から晴れるので午後のコースに変更されてはとの連絡をいただき午後のコースに変更しました。そして当日見事に午後から晴れて最高の景観を満喫しました。熊は見れませんでしたがお陰で全コース回れました。また違う季節に行ってみたいと思いました。 ありがとうございました。

This is a trek that goes all around the Shiretoko Five Lakes designated as a special reserve of Shiretoko National Park, UNESCO's World Natural Heritage Area, including elevated wooden paths. This is Japan's first revolutionary Forest Adventure experience in which a licensed leader guides the area where brown bears live. In addition to the lake, you can observe seasonally changing nature, such as sika deer, red fox, wild birds, alpine plants, and autumn leaves. Because they are not fed, all creatures they encounter are real wildlife. Please contact us as it may be possible to respond to times that are not in the selection column.
ガイドの方がとてもベテランの方でしたので、ポイントポイントのご説明が詳しくまたとてもユーモアがあって面白く、外国の方には英語でご説明されてましたが、外国の方々もそろって楽しそうに笑われてました。とても充実した世界遺産知床を歩く3時間となり、一生の良い思い出となりました。これもガイドさんの終始楽しい引率のおかげです。

Take a walk on the ground footpaths of Lake Two and Lake One of Shiretoko Five Lakes, and return via elevated bridge. While walking along the promenade, observe the nature that changes with the season. We can mainly observe sika deer and wild birds.
ヒグマの爪痕、ヒグマの食べた蜂の巣のあと、森の植物の話など、ガイドさんなしでは気づかないお話をたくさん聞かせていただきました。子供たちへの配慮もありがたかったです。

From the summit of the highest peak in the Kussharo Caldera, at an elevation of 999.99m, you can look down on four national parks: Akan Mashu, Shiretoko, Kushiro Marshland, and Daisetsuzan. If you put in a little effort and get up early, you may be able to see the miraculous view of the sunrise rising from the sea of clouds.
