The beautiful Miyagawa River has been ranked as the cleanest river in Japan many times. Why not try stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) in the still waters of the Mitsugedani Dam on this Miyagawa River? Even beginners are welcome♪ After a brief explanation of the basic operations on land, the first ride is mostly in still waters where there are no waves. The lesson time is 2 hours. In the second half, enjoy the pleasant scenery from the surface of the Miyagawa River. SUP is perfect for children to play in the water, adults to enjoy the outdoors, and exercise!
