Make your own sushi at a cozy workshop with a real sushi master! The English native staff will guide you through each step to ensure your best experience. Watch a traditional tea ceremony and enjoy sweets. Next, a tea ceremony master will perform the traditional tea-making ritual, which has a history of over 500 years. You'll then enjoy the freshly prepared matcha along with nerikiri, a traditional Japanese sweet. 3. Make your own matcha. Finally, you'll have the chance to make your own matcha bowl using traditional tools. You can also choose your favorite tea bowl from a variety of beautiful chawan (matcha bowls).
