Using traditional tools, you will make seasonal Kyoto sweets. You will enjoy one of the finished sweets with the matcha tea that you prepared yourself. "Nama Yatsuhashi" is a Kyoto confectionery that represents Kyoto. Try making three types of nama Yatsuhashi: bean paste, matcha, and roasted chestnut, starting from making the dough.
