At Tokyo Sushi School, instructors with extensive experience as sushi chefs carefully teach everything from the basics to the finer points of nigiri sushi, making it easy for anyone to learn how to make sushi. Sushi made using traditional techniques has an exceptional flavor. ■ Make three servings of sushi using ingredients carefully selected by our chef. Don't underestimate the experience. Choose from tuna, sea bream, white fish, salmon, flounder, blackthroat seaperch, conger eel, shrimp, sweet shrimp, gizzard shad, egg, squid, octopus, ark shell, surf clam, negitoro roll, kappa roll, kanpyo roll, and three types of gunkan. You'll get to make so many different types of sushi. [Who is participating?] There are a variety of reasons for participating. I want to eat sushi I've made myself. I love fishing. I want to make sushi using fish I've caught myself. I want to try making sushi myself. I'm considering enrolling and want to see what the school is like. It's a great workshop to use while traveling. It's a great way to create memories. [What kind of experience can you get?] Learn to make your own Edomae sushi. Even if you think you can't make sushi in just a few hours, it's definitely possible! Experienced instructors will carefully teach you the tricks, so anyone can make sushi. The experience is held on weekdays and Saturdays from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. *Only on Saturdays, this course is available for groups of three or more. [Learn with family and friends] One instructor is available for groups of four to five, so you can learn together with your family and friends. If the number of participants is large, we will increase the number of instructors to accommodate. [Eat the sushi you make] You can eat the sushi you made, and it's even available to take home.
