While walking through Nishiki Market, bustling with local people, with an English-speaking guide, you will learn about seasonal ingredients and the unique food culture of Kyoto. After that, move to a quiet Kyomachiya and taste carefully selected local Kyoto sake. Then, try making home-cooked meals and sushi rolls with a Japanese host. You can have a warm experience as if you were invited into a Japanese home kitchen. Even if you are a beginner at cooking, you can do it.
