MALIBU in Katsuura used to host the World Surfing Championships. Malibu is one of the birthplaces of Japanese surfing. However, most of the waves are suitable for beginner surfers. The waves are powerful and easy to ride, so the takeoff rate (standing on the board) is 100%. A former tour pro surfer and lesson professional who grew up in Katsuura provides easy-to-understand instruction. Please leave your knowledge of the sea and how to enjoy it to us. Even a 78-year-old woman can now ride waves on her own! !

初めてサーフィンを体験しました！夏休み何か新しい体験を！と思い参加しました！私はべばってしまいましたが、彼は元気で、何回か休憩をとりながらあまり上手ではありませんが、３回は立てました！格好良かった！！凄く楽しかったと何回も言ってもらえて、１枚しかない日記の宿題にも初サーフィンの事を書いてくれるようです！今度は暑くない時期にまた参加してみたいです！！ご指導ありがとうございました！

Local surfers will guide and teach everyone from beginners to advanced surfers! The guide and lesson time is around 3 hours, and the guide and lesson will be full of local knowledge, from the sea to surfing rules. A surf guide tailored to the level of the participants. We will move to a place where there are waves on the day, and if there are no waves in Shonan, we will also go on an expedition to Chiba and other places. From beginners to advanced riders, we have boards ranging from short to long. The meeting time is 9 o'clock, but it may change depending on the tide time. Please contact us for details. If you are participating alone, we will charge 12,000 yen.If you are participating with 2 or more people, we will charge 8,000 yen per person. コーチはとても丁寧に教えてくださり、3時間で5回に1回くらいは波打ち際まで立って乗ったまま辿り着けた。ただ、波打ち際の浅瀬に岩（貝付き）が広範囲にあり、うまく乗れても乗れないで落ちても岩で怪我をし、体力が切れる前に心が折れた。足指や裏の怪我がひどく、3日くらいは歩くのがきつかった。開講エリアを再考された方が良いと思いました。
