We hold SUP tours on the Katsura River in Yamanashi. Try stand-up paddle boarding in the clear, flowing waters of the Katsura River. Each person gets on a SUP board and paddles forward, allowing you to enjoy a walk on the water. Try out the activities you can do on a SUP board and refresh your mind and body! Why not try a special experience while enjoying the scenery in the great outdoors? Easy access from the city center. Participants from the first grade of elementary school are welcome! When we arrive at the starting point, we will give a safety briefing, so please listen carefully. ③ Tour start: 90 minutes While enjoying the scenery of the deep valley, there are plenty of fun activities such as boating and jumping from rocks. ④ End of tour / changing clothes: 30 minutes Return to the base by car, change clothes, and then you are free to disband. This is a tour to enjoy SUP and snorkeling at a private beach in Yomitan Village, central Okinawa. It's a completely private tour, so even first-timers can feel at ease. A professional guide will guide you, so you can enjoy it without worrying about other people. You will receive a photo of your memories in the ocean of Okinawa as a gift. ~Experience flow~ 9:00/13:00/17:00 Meeting and reception *You can choose from 9:00 or 13:00. *17:00 is only available in summer (July, August, September). You can enjoy the waterfront of Yokohama's Ooka River and Minato Mirai city on a stand-up paddle board (SUP), which is easy for anyone to learn. The view from a SUP is otherworldly. Whether you're visiting Yokohama for the first time or are a local, you'll be able to discover a new side of Yokohama. We offer courses ranging from beginner courses to 6km mid-range tours for experienced people. SUPA (Japan SUP Association) or SIJ (Japan SUP Instructors Association) certified instructors will provide courses and guides. As a rule, we limit groups to 6 people or less, and provide detailed instruction tailored to the physical strength and skill level of each participant. We will take plenty of photos during the tour, so you can have fun after SUP too.

This course includes a lecture on the experience (plus) paddle form instruction, quick turn practice, how to paddle faster, ocean conditions, wind conditions, and slope conditions. We will also teach you self-rescue (crisis management and escape methods when doing SUP) and other various curriculums, and we will teach you in a full 2.5 hours. This is a course with breaks in between, so you can acquire basic knowledge and skills. Of course, you can take this course first, not from our 120-minute course, and try your first SUP challenge. This course is recommended for those who want to rent SUP overseas or at other resorts and enjoy it. Recommended for those who want to improve their SUP skills. After the school, you will step up to a level where you can enjoy SUP by yourself with confidence.
