Deep snow forests and the stunning Shakotan blue sea. Experience a winter snowshoe tour you can only find in Yoichi. A guide is included, so even beginners can enjoy! Free transportation from JR Yoichi Station is available. Enjoy the spectacular views of both forest and sea. Optional rentals, including winter clothing, are available, so you can participate empty-handed! Free photo data is provided. ~Experience Schedule~ 1. After gathering at the meeting point, head to the site in a guide vehicle. 2. Receive a lesson on how to use snowshoes (even first-timers can feel at ease!). 3. Put on your snowshoes and trek while enjoying views of the Shiripa Forest and the Sea of Japan. 4. Take a short break along the way and take commemorative photos at a photo spot. 5. Finally, descend the mountain. Once you get the hang of snowshoes, the descent is a breeze. ♪ On the way back, enjoy views of the ocean and town. 6. Guests using the free transportation service will be transported to Yoichi Station or a nearby facility of your choice within Yoichi Town.
