今年で2年連続、アクティビティジャパンを利用してワカサギ釣りの予約をしましたが、二年連続でトラブルが発生しました。 今回、釣りをした日は暖かく、予約の備考欄でウェアのサイズは書いたものの、不要なレベルでした。しかし、「ウェアのサイズの記載があるため支払ってもらわないといけない」と言われました。 ガイドがアクティビティジャパンに確認したところ、備考欄にサイズ記入を行った場合は拒否権なく支払いが必須だと言われました。どこにその文言があるのでしょうか。つまり、どこに支払い義務が生じると書いてあるのでしょうか。あくまでoptionalのはずです。 昨年も夫がアクティビティジャパンでオンライン予約と支払いを済ませたにも関わらず、現地に到着すると再度支払いを求められました。確実に支払った記憶があったため、再度確認してもらって払わずにすみましたが、圧に押されて払ってしまう人もいると思います。 さすがに2年連続で問題が起こったため、今後はアクティビティジャパンを利用せず、他の人にもおすすめしません。今後は、もっとスムーズで問題の少ない予約ができるKlookを利用するつもりです。
