初めてで、500mと1000mで悩み、前日に1000ｍに変更して正解でした。500ｍを選んでいたら、後悔したと思います。スカッと爽快感はありませんが、鳥になった気分でとても気持ちよかったです。機会があれば、また、やりたいと思います。
